Jesus said, “Let the children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the Kingdom of Heaven.” Matthew 19:14 At Thomaston First we are striving to create a warm, loving environment for children to hear the Good News about Jesus and learn to be His disciples among friends. We want all the children who participate with us to build a strong foundation in biblical knowledge, develop a love for worship, and begin to serve the church and community in Christ’s name.
Serve with TFMC Kids
We’re always looking for more wonderful volunteers to serve with one of the many TFMC Kids Ministries. For more information, contact Ms. Betsy or attend our monthly volunteer meeting at 10AM in the Fellowship Hall on the 2nd Sunday of every month
Weekly Events

Children’s Church is available during the 9:00AM service for those in PreK through 5th grade every Sunday except the 1st Sunday of the month.

Sunday School is available for children in grades K through 5th from 10AM to 11AM every Sunday except the 2nd Sunday of the month.

Wonderful Wednesday is available for children in grades K through 5th, every Wednesday from 3:00PM to 5:15PM. For more info, contact Ms. Betsy.

Centrikid Camp
July 10th to 12th, 2026
Our 2nd through 5th grade students are headed on to CentriKid Camp July 10th to 12th, 2026!
We'll be going to Brewton-Parker College in Mt. Vernon, GA. Centrikid Camp is open to church members and our Wonderful Wednesday kiddos.
In order to attend, you must help with the fundraiser on February 28th. Camp is $245 per person, but fundraisng opportunities are available.
